Every participant is required to make a registration by the due date and to make payment in advance. Please visit to the following address. https://amarys-jtb.jp/eaform2017/ * Every accepted paper to EAFORM2017 needs to have at least one author attend the conference and present the paper in the session. The EAFORM2017 organizing committee reserves the right to remove a paper from the EAFORM2017 program if the author does not pay the registration fee or does not present the paper at the conference. No refund of the paid fees can be claimed by the no-show author.

The secretary of EAFORM2017 will support participants for their VISA application to visit Japan. Participants can request it through the procedure for the Registration.
